ESSAOUIRA RESTAURANT It is with a keen sense of hospitality that the painter Didier Spindler remastered the Dar Adul in order to create an inspiring host table for guests. Here you can enjoy inventive cuisine that marries local flavours and traditions with the new. A table for the artist...everything is beautiful!
Soaked in the evening sun on the terrace, the balinese furniture faces the sea in a tranquil setting. The restaurant at Dar Adul offers a menu of two different price ranges everyday (150 or 200 dirhams), consisting of 6 starters, 6 main dishes and 4 desserts. The formula is a good one with generous portions. You can choose between exotic Moroccan dishes and French cusine such as duck terrine with fig jam or lamb tagine with quince.
