The pomegranate is packed with health benefits, it's high in antioxidants, wards of illnesses, fights again cellular aging (and, dare we say could keep us 'eternally youthful), but it also protects against certain cancers and cardiovascular disease. It's also great for skin health and provides our bodies wth numerous vitamins.
In short, the pomegranate is a real cocktail for health to be enjoyed without moderation.
